W.O.A Management the artist management company is looking to work with artists from all genres who want to create a market base in India and the Middle East. The management division of W.O.A International is known for its elite Independent artist roster having some of the world's biggest independent international acts as a part of their roster including major label artists, Independent artists, artist management companies and Indie labels promoting their acts from around the world who are successfully making an impact in the music industry in these regions due to their association with W.O.A International and the assistance of the entire W.O.A International infrastructure.
W.O.A International artistes have Headlined at W.O.A Records Annual India Tours, headlined at the International Film Festival of India, The Euro-India Forum (attended by the Prime Minister of India and World's top industrialists), The Grape Escapade (India's biggest wine festival), The Women’s Day Celebration of India, The Oktoberfest celebrated in India, The Afro Asian Games, The Republic Day Parade of India, The Dubai Shopping Festival, The Hard Rock Cafe’s, Kyra, Jazz by the bay, ESPN events in Malaysia, The Royal Hyderabad Festival, The Thai festival, MTV Video Awards, FTV Parties, Dubai Shopping Festival, Exclusive private parties and The W.O.A International Music Festival including various regular corporate conferences, pub tours, events and venues.

If selected, a standard management contract will be signed with the Artist where W.O.A International will be the exclusive managers and agents for the artist in India and the Middle East for a period of 3 Years.
The services offered by W.O.A under the management deal to artistes are:

Confirmed Free Slot on the highly publicized and marketed ‘Independent No.1’s Compilation CD’

Guaranteed Distribution Deal for an album by the artist - No additional costs (CDs will be distributed via major retail CD stores with CDs placed on International music racks alongside major artists and releases by Sony, Universal etc)

Radio Promotions via inclusions in the official management radio playlists to commercial FM and Satellite stations (Songs will play on major FM and Satellite stations in this region)

Music Video rotation on major TV networks (Including Vh1, SS Music, MTV etc - the music video has to be approved by W.O.A Films and must meet necessary criteria required by Viacom and other major networks we work with)

The above services are also available as separate services via the Music Marketing & Label division & W.O.A Studios division of W.O.A International at various price points. Management artists are given these above services for a fraction of the cost included in the marketing fee and is valid for a period of 3 years which is the duration of the management deal.
The above marketing services are part of the management deal and a requirement for artists who do not have any brand positioning in these region so as to positively portray the artist as an established artist and create a demand for the artist in these new regions. Being entirely unknown in a major region like India does not allow for the W.O.A Management division to successfully represent a completely unknown artist for tours, gigs, major media PR etc without Label, Marketing and PR services that are secured from the various divisions of the W.O.A International Group.
These label & marketing services are utilized by the management to create and open up the market here for our International artists thus leading to successful brand positioning and successful artist management support.
IMPORTANT: Please note - this opportunity is not free. It is a paid promotional opportunity, and we understand this is not for everyone. Most artists featured on our roster are associated with record companies. THE 2 MANAGEMENT DEAL OPTIONS:
Option 1: The artist gets access to the entire list of marketing and promo opportunities with the entire management and a free inclusion with full PR support in the W.O.A International 3 day music festival in Goa. The fee to be signed to Option 1 of the management deal is 2250 USD which is utilized towards the subsidized fee of the marketing package
Option 2: The artists get the entire package listed above including a headlining slot in the entire India Tour (all expenses paid tour) across the country and a Music Video production package for free. The music video for the artist is filmed and produced by the award winning W.O.A Films division (MTV, Channel V, Sky/Granada, Dubai One etc) and the video gets guaranteed rotation on major TV networks. The fee to be signed to Option 2 of the management deal is 5250 USD and includes a free high end music video production package and a promo tour cross India (Note that the tour is all expenses paid except International travel)
